This special single barrel of Bardstown x Barton straight bourbon was isolated for extended aging in Hilton Head and is the last of a batch of barrels I’ve been excited and fortunate to help share and label. It’s only fitting that this one becomes my first custom release label.
This barrel is both dark and deep, and is powerful while remaining approachable. Full of caramel, dark fruits, baking spice, and confectionary balance, this barrel has an elegant influence of oak that compliments and elevates the sum of its parts.
